Konan Keen
Chartered Accountant (SA)
Konane Keen is a Chartered Accountant (SA) specialising in business turnaround, restructuring, and financial management for small to medium-sized enterprises. He combines strong technical accounting expertise with practical commercial insight to support businesses through periods of change and recovery.
He completed his articles and obtained his CA(SA) designation through the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). He is a registered tax practitioner and a Certified Business Rescue Practitioner, with experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, tax compliance, and the design and implementation of effective financial controls.
Konane has worked extensively in turnaround and recovery environments, assisting financially pressured businesses to stabilise operations, improve liquidity, strengthen governance, and restore sustainable profitability. He is particularly skilled at translating complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for business owners and management. He is a member of SAICA and continues to build his expertise in turnaround management and strategic finance, with a strong focus on delivering practical, results-driven solutions.

I built True North Business Advisory Services because I saw too many good people trying to build something real with no real support. Business owners doing everything themselves, unsure if their numbers were right, stressed about compliance, and constantly second-guessing their decisions. Seeing that pattern again and again made it clear that something was missing.
True North exists to bring order where there is pressure, clarity where there is confusion, and confidence where there is doubt — through proper bookkeeping, reliable accounting records, and clear management reports.
