This service is provided on a month-to-month basis and is designed for businesses that require ongoing bookkeeping and management reporting support. We take care of your monthly bookkeeping and prepare management packs that give you clear insight into your business performance, cash flow, and overall financial position. Our focus is on maintaining accurate records and providing meaningful management information to support effective decision-making. By working with you on a monthly basis, we ensure your accounting records remain up to date, organised, and compliant, allowing you to focus on running and growing your business with confidence. This monthly service includes: • Monthly bookkeeping and transaction processing • Ongoing maintenance of accounting records • Chart of accounts setup and maintenance • Monthly management packs (management income statements and reports) • Cash flow tracking and management reporting • VAT record-keeping and VAT submission support (where applicable) • PAYE and payroll record-keeping support (where applicable) • Provisional tax calculation support (management purposes only) • CIPC compliance monitoring and administrative guidance • Ongoing monthly bookkeeping and accounting support ⚠️ Formal annual financial statements are excluded from this service.
